Clare is a chartered member of the CIPD with over 30 years’ experience in people leadership, organisational development, transformation, colleague engagement and culture change.
Her professional background includes a breadth of experience across a variety of different sectors and organisations where she shaped and led people strategies which enable organisational performance, strengthen culture and support sustainable growth.
Clare also brings relevant experience in quality and organisational improvement, supporting Five Rivers’ continued focus on frameworks such as Investors in People and ISO as part of its commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.
Clare is focussed on building a people approach that empowers, sustains and evolves the way the organisation works, alongside a commitment to creating working environments where people feel supported, empowered and able to do their best work which ultimately delivers our purpose of turning children’s lives around.
