Hours
This is a part-time role covering 21.5 hours per week.

We are recruiting a passionate, motivated, knowledgeable, and experienced Registered Manager to lead and further develop our team at Fountain House. Fountain House is a beautiful, detached home, just outside of Leeds City Centre, for up to five children aged 6 – 11 on admission who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE’s) and a range of developmental traumas. As registered manager you will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the home and development of the established team.
Using our Attachment and Trauma Informed Care (ATIC) model, you will lead a dedicated team in a culture where children are respected, heard and involved in their own lives. You will have a good understanding of therapeutic parenting principles and be committed to achieving outstanding outcomes. Fountain House is currently rated “Outstanding” by Ofsted.

We are a truly seamless integrated service combining on site care, education, and therapy, we have our own school which only the Fountain House children attend and a clinician working in the home two days a week.

We source and deliver engaging up-to-date training opportunities such as the Management Academy (ILM Level 5) and prioritise and discuss your personal development goals to ensure you get the most out of your career. You will need to have at least three years’ experience within management roles working in a Children’s Residential Setting, hold or be willing to work towards your level 5 in leadership and management, and a minimum of Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification alongside having a proven track record with Ofsted and a sound understanding of the legislative framework surrounding residential childcare.

We are recruiting for a part time (3 days per week) Fostering Clinical Practitioner to support Five Rivers Fostering services in Truro and Exeter.
Your primary task will be supporting the professional system working around the children. Your role will focus on supporting and upskilling managers, social workers, support workers and foster carers to embed and infuse attachment and trauma-informed care approaches into their practice. This is achieved through the delivery of an established clinical model. You will be part of a wider Assessment & Therapy Multi-Disciplinary Team working nationally across Fostering and Residential Services
This role is suitable to a clinician who would like to apply their therapeutic knowledge systemically across a service. You would be working from home with some requirement to travel to offices in Truro and Exeter.
Role requirements:
• Essential: HCPC-registered psychologist (Education, Counselling or Clinical) OR UKCP registered Psychotherapist (OR other related regulatory bodies - please enquire)

Flexible shift pattern of 39 hours, including sleep-ins to meet the needs of the service. There will be an aim for you to work up to 50% of these hours 'off rota' where you are additional to staff on shift. The purpose is to support the effective running of the home and leading from the front. This will include time for paperwork and to deliver supervision and coaching.
After settling in, you will be required to do two weekly sleep-ins, for which you receive an additional £50 payment per sleep-in.
Generally, the shift pattern is two on four off depending on the needs of the home; this will not be the case during your training period, where you will be required to work 9 am -5 pm Monday to Friday with some travel expected.

Our Team at Beck Lodge
Our team will be a fully integrated team where you will be working alongside our Education and Clinical teams; we’re looking for experienced people to join our team.
Beck Lodge is situated in a quiet residential area and looks like any other detached, well-maintained home. A large, lawned garden and a spacious communal area allow the children (and us adults!) to play, have fun, and socialise all year round.
The house also enjoys good transport links, with plenty of opportunities for leisure pursuits in the local area, such as walking, climbing, farm visits and trips to the cinema or shops. There will be an aim for you to work up to 50% of these hours 'off rota' where you are additional to staff on shift. The purpose is to support the effective running of the home and leading from the front. This will include time for paperwork and to deliver supervision and coaching.
After settling in, you will be required to do two weekly sleep-ins, for which you receive an additional £50 payment per sleep-in.
Generally, the shift pattern is two on four off depending on the needs of the home; this will not be the case during your training period, where you will be required to work 9 am -5 pm Monday to Friday with some travel expected.

Our team will be a fully integrated team where you will be working alongside our Education and Clinical teams; we’re looking for experienced people to join our team.
Beck Lodge is situated in a quiet residential area and looks like any other detached, well-maintained home. A large, lawned garden and a spacious communal area allow the children (and us adults!) to play, have fun, and socialise all year round.

We are a social enterprise that provides caring, bespoke residential homes for young people aged 7-18 who have had a difficult start to life. As front of house you will be able to create a great first impression of our organisation to any visitors and in supporting the Executive Assistant you will be an integral member of the administration team providing varied administrative assistance to our Senior Leadership teams.
Previous experience in administrative roles would be an advantage but not essential. Some experience using Microsoft Office would be advantageous and ideally previous exposure to SharePoint would be beneficial. Most importantly a desire to learn and expand the role is vital and the willingness to progress and make the role your own will stand you in good stead.
We’ll need you to be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, efficient, calm and resilient in your approach. You should be proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the team and think creatively to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Certain periods in our calendar can be very busy and with multiple deadlines; you will be able to work effectively as part of a team or on your own initiative in order to get these met.
As the Administration Assistant you must be able to demonstrate absolute confidentiality and show the necessary understanding when dealing with sensitive information.
You will be solely based at our head office in Salisbury, Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am – 4:30 pm, with the ability to accommodate an 08:30am start to satisfy business need.
