Foster carer support in Worthing
We build a circle of support for carers so you can focus on helping young people in your community. You’ll work alongside a team of professionals who’ll prepare you for the vital work you’ll do. Together, we’ll give children the lives they deserve.
Why you should join the Five Rivers family
Five Rivers is a social enterprise, and we invest in research, training and therapy. We want to reach more young people with help.
A fostering team in Worthing means:
- Support from a local team that knows you and how to help.
- Shared events, celebrations and activities.
- A chance to form a community with fellow foster carers.
Meet Foster Carers Maxine and Wayne
For Maxine and Wayne, fostering isn’t a career, it’s a way of life.
The couple have provided a caring home for 14 children in their five years as Foster Carers and helped several groups of brothers and sisters transition into adoption with their forever families, as well as offering a short-term home for others.
