This critical role supports our new employees by undertaking administrative tasks and conducting employee checks from the interview stage through to their first day with us.
We are a focused and energetic team that rises to the challenge of completing pre-employment checks for all our new starters in a timely manner.
We’re looking for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service to engage with our candidates and hiring managers. You will need to be self-motivated and passionate about administration.
We look to you to ensure that our candidates have a professional and friendly experience from the moment they are offered the role. This position in our wider HR team offers collaboration, challenge, and the satisfaction of turning children’s lives around.
The role is currently a hybrid way of working, where you will need to attend the office two days per week, on Wednesdays and Thursdays. This arrangement is subject to change.
The hours are Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm and Fridays 9 am - 4:30 pm
This is a Full-Time role
All equipment and training will be provided; you will need to live in proximity to our head office in Salisbury, Wiltshire.
Key Criteria:
You will have a keen eye for detail and be accurate in your recording of information, along with confident communication skills, both written and verbal; an administration background would be an advantage.

We are Looking for Deputy Managers to join our Residential Children Services in Salisbury. Our homes vary from a one-bed property to a six-bed property, and our children are aged between 6 – and 12 on admission.
You will be an experienced Deputy Manager working in an environment and culture where children are respected, listened to, and involved in as many decisions as possible.
As Deputy Manager, you will support the registered manager in the day-to-day running of the home, support the continued development of a team of Residential Child Care Workers who help and support our children who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences and trauma, using our trauma-informed practices, which are embedded within our culture.

You will need to have at least 2 years’ experience of being a Deputy Manager working in a Children’s Residential Setting, hold your level 5 in leadership and management or be prepared to work toward it, is desirable a minimum of Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Work Force, have a proven track record with Ofsted, Legislative Framework

Successful candidates will be responsible, in collaboration with the other Panel members, for making recommendations about applicants’ suitability to foster and the continued approval of existing foster carers. You will demonstrate the skills of drawing upon you own personal and professional knowledge and experience. You must uphold our policies and procedures to ensure equality, inclusion and anti-discriminatory practice. The suitable candidates must be able to work as a team member to achieve the best outcomes for the children, prioritising their individual needs and safety.
Experience of working with children/young people would be an advantage but optional, representation from other sectors such as health and Police is advantageous. No formal social work qualifications are necessary, but understanding and empathy for the work required are essential.

The Truro, Plymouth, and Exeter administrative teams work cohesively across the service. We are a friendly, hardworking team who enjoy working alongside our social workers and fostering support worker colleagues.
Our Trauma-Informed (ATIC) model integrates our Fostering, Residential, Clinical, and Education services to achieve the best possible outcomes for young people.
The administrative duties for the role include answering general queries and fostering-related business by phone and email, processing regular checks for current foster carers and children, diary management and room bookings, taking minutes in meetings, and liaising with head office finance teams.

• Maintaining the CHARMS database to ensure compliance

• The business or fostering managers may require additional administrative tasks or projects.

As a Business Support Coordinator, you must have excellent knowledge and working practice in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as proven organisation and time management skills.

We are recruiting Senior Residential Support Workers for our new home in Plymouth, Devon. Our home for ages 16+ in a supported living setting.
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will teach and guide our young people in preparing for independent living and participate in and plan activities to support them with their school and college work. In this role, you will provide direct clinical support to children in our care who are looked after in our Residential service. Your primary task will be supporting the children in our residential homes and therapy suites.

There will be an aim for you to work up to 50% of these hours 'off rota' where you are additional to staff on shift. The purpose is to support the effective running of the home and leading from the front. This will include time for paperwork and to deliver supervision and coaching.

We are recruiting for a Clinical / Counselling Psychologist or UKCP Registered Child Psychotherapist to join our Children's Residential Service in Orpington, Kent.
In this role, you will provide direct clinical support to children in our care who are looked after in our Residential service. Your primary task will be supporting the children in our residential homes and therapy suites.
You will also work as part of an integrated, multidisciplinary team and lead on all aspects of delivery relating to our ATIC model of care. As well as therapeutic support, you will provide consultancy and training to staff teams, develop assessment reports, and create therapeutic support plans.
The salary range is Circa £50,000 pro rata, and the role will include some travelling to the Salisbury area for occasional CPD events. This role is part-time.
Role requirements:
• Clinical psychologists or counselling psychologists must be HCPC-registered (pending registration considered if you have a doctorate in clinical or counselling psychology)

Join our Recruitment & Onboarding team as an Onboarding Administrator!
This critical role supports our new employees by undertaking administrative tasks and conducting employee checks from the interview stage through to their first day with us.
We are a focused and energetic team that rises to the challenge of completing pre-employment checks for all our new starters in a timely manner.
We’re looking for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service to engage with our candidates and hiring managers. You will need to be self-motivated and passionate about administration.
We look to you to ensure that our candidates have a professional and friendly experience from the moment they are offered the role. This position in our wider HR team offers collaboration, challenge, and the satisfaction of turning children’s lives around.
The role is currently a hybrid way of working, where you will need to attend the office two days per week, on Wednesdays and Thursdays. This arrangement is subject to change.
The hours are Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm and Fridays 9 am - 4:30 pm
This is a Full-Time role
All equipment and training will be provided; you will need to live in proximity to our head office in Salisbury, Wiltshire.
Key Criteria:
You will have a keen eye for detail and be accurate in your recording of information, along with confident communication skills, both written and verbal; an administration background would be an advantage.
Essential Criteria:
• Working to deadlines
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages.
• Managing phone calls from internal and external customers and dealing with their enquiries
• Knowledge of the social care sector would be an advantage.
