About the Role
Field Gate School is growing, and we are excited to be expanding our teaching team in Doncaster. We are looking for an experienced English Teacher who is passionate about supporting children and young people aged 6–18.
You will be joining a dedicated and experienced team within a school culture where children are respected, listened to, and actively involved in their learning journey. Our young people deserve stability, empathy, and educators who believe in them.

We are recruiting for a Residential Team Leader to join our Homes in Salisbury, Wiltshire.
Our homes cater for Children aged 7 – 14 on admission. You will work with an experienced team in a culture where children are respected, listened to, and involved in as many decisions as possible.

Your role as residential Team Leader will be varied and interesting while following a planned structure, so you know what to expect. You will support our young person to learn healthy routines, take them to appointments, help with schooling, complete household tasks, and update current electronic records. As a team leader, you will also be supporting the leadership team in developing the newer members of our team, taking part in supervision and career development.
We aim to ensure our children are safe, well-parented, and raised in a happy home where they can flourish, learn, and give back the childhood they deserve. We create positive memories through laughter, fun, and love to help reduce challenging behaviours by teaching better ways to cope.
Our practitioners are experienced in working with children who have been traumatised by their past and understand the impact that parental rejection has on emotional development and needs.

You must hold your Level 3 to be eligible for this role
Hours
On average, 39 hours a week, which typically includes two sleep-ins per week, for which you receive an additional £50 payment per sleep-in.

Join our Children's Residential Homes in Salisbury as a Residential Child Care Worker.
You will join a team of compassionate, child-focused adults whose mission is to give the best experiences to our children and young people. You will also be supported as part of a bigger team with our integrated services, including our Clinical and education colleagues. As a Children Support Worker, you will be involved in events and activities including:
• Kayaking, rock climbing, swimming, skating, arts and crafts, beach adventures and walks in the forest, movie nights, and even camping in the back garden- you name it we will do it!
• Being a role model guiding and supporting our children to make good choices.
• Cleaning, cooking meals, maintaining the home, and learning new skills like nutritional meal planning, first aid, Health & Safety, and gardening: the list is endless.

Part of the role involves some overnight stays in the home. You will need to do between 2 and 3 of these ‘sleep-ins’ per week, so the salary advertised includes the payment for an average of 8 sleep-ins per month. For each sleep-in, you receive an additional £50 per night. The salary advertised is based off completing 2 sleep ins per week.
You will need to have good written, verbal, and IT communication skills, know how to have fun and understand the importance of play to children.
We will support you in achieving your Level 3 Qualification. Ideally, you will have a full driving licence and be over 19.

We are recruiting for a Psychologist or UKCP Registered Child Psychotherapist to join our Children's Residential Service in Orpington, Kent.
In this role, you will provide direct clinical support to children in our care who are looked after in our Residential service. Your primary task will be supporting the children in our residential homes and therapy suites.
You will also work as part of an integrated, multidisciplinary team and lead on all aspects of delivery relating to our ATIC model of care. As well as therapeutic support, you will provide consultancy and training to staff teams, develop assessment reports, and create therapeutic support plans.

Life Change Care offers a therapeutic environment for young people aged 10-17 upon admission, in a home which can accommodate up to 4 young people. As a Team Leader, you will be part of a team that provides a supportive and nurturing environment, promoting independence, safety, and well-being. We are looking for a Supervising Social Worker to work in our North service based in our Doncaster office, to support carers within Lincolnshire, namely Skegness.
The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with some work completed from home, fact-to-face meetings with foster carers in Skegness and some work in the office in Doncaster. You would join a thriving and growing community of foster carers and a team of staff with a strong, welcoming, and child-centred ethos.

We are looking for a Fostering Support Worker to join our team in the Leeds, Bradford / York area! Our families reside in a large geographical area including Doncaster, Bradford, Leeds, York, Hull and Lincolnshire and therefore you will need to be willing to travel to these areas to provide support. Your responsibilities will include being involved in children’s participation events, coordinating group activities, and supporting the team in preparing children and young people for foster care placements. Accurate record keeping of visits and one-to-one sessions are essential, as is promoting the health and wellbeing of the children and young people.
You will be involved in participation events with our children, where you will be coordinating group work and activities in a skilled, focused way as part of our agreed programme, supporting the hybrid working team in preparing the children and young people for their foster care placements, being a large part of recruitment and supporting our children with transport. You must be able to record visits/one-to-one work effectively and promote the health and well-being of the children and young people.
As a fostering support worker, you will be part of a team putting children and young people at the forefront of your decisions.
You need to be flexible, proactive, and able to communicate with children and adults. As well as having experience working with Children and Young People. Prior work within the fostering sector would be desirable. No formal social work qualifications are necessary, but understanding and empathy for the work required are necessary.
You need to be able to drive for this role and have access to a car, be flexible (as you may need to work occasional evenings and weekends) and be committed to therapeutic training.

You will be required to sit on the Panel and take responsibility, in collaboration with the other panel members, for making recommendations about the suitability to foster applicants and foster carers, drawing on both personal and professional knowledge and experience. You must consider and advise on policy and procedural matters to address diversity issues and promote anti-discriminatory practice.

A Fostering Support Worker is an exciting and important role involving a range of tasks working directly with children and young people, Foster Carers, and other professionals to ensure quality outcomes for children and young people.

We are looking for someone who is child focussed, ensuring children and young people are at the forefront of all decisions. Someone who can work as part of a team and have excellent communication with children and adults. Additionally, experience of working in the fostering sector and/or with children/young people would be an advantage but not essential. No formal social work qualifications are necessary, but an understanding of and empathy for the work required is necessary.
You will need to be able to drive for this role and have access to a car. Flexibility is essential in this role, you will regularly be required to work outside of 9-5 hours.

We are recruiting for a Psychologist or UKCP Registered Child Psychotherapist to join our Children's Residential Service in Orpington, Kent.
In this role, you will provide direct clinical support to children in our care who are looked after in our Residential service. Your primary task will be supporting the children in our residential homes and therapy suites.
You will also work as part of an integrated, multidisciplinary team and lead on all aspects of delivery relating to our ATIC model of care. As well as therapeutic support, you will provide consultancy and training to staff teams, develop assessment reports, and create therapeutic support plans.
The salary range is Circa £50,000 pro rata, and the role will include some travelling to the Salisbury area for occasional CPD events.
Role requirements:
• Clinical/Counselling/Educational psychologists must be professionally registered e.g. HCPC-registered (pending registration considered if you have a doctorate in clinical or counselling psychology)
• Child psychotherapists must be UKCP registered and accredited
• Essential: must have experience relating to working with children and young people who have experienced trauma and maltreatment
• Essential: must have experience working with families and professional statutory systems around looked-after children (eg local authorities, CAMHS)
• Desirable: experience completing clinical assessments and delivering training programmes
You will be based in our Residential services in Orpington, Kent, working with our children and the teams who support them.
You will receive:
